There are a lot of web services that are supposed to be “easy” to integrate with your website. But for the HTML-challenged, even adding a simple analytics code can be a scary process. And for developers and web professionals, it’s often helpful to have a quick view of all the codes you’ve installed on a site without scrolling through a hundred lines of code.

We created CodeInsert for our clients and now we’re making it available to the public. CodeInsert makes it easy to add any snippet of code to the header or body of your site and to control which pages or posts in your WordPress installation receive the code.

CodeInsert works with any WordPress install version 3.0 and above, just make sure that your theme uses the “wp_head()” and “wp_footer()” tags so the plugin can function correctly.
