I usually try not to shamelessly steal cool links from other bloggers but I just saw this on The Brand Builder Blog this afternoon and had to pass it along. This site will, through a visual quiz, tell you about your personality type… It was fun and interactive and I found it to be a surprisingly accurate assessment of my personal brand.

I do a similar exercise with companies in helping them flesh out their brand DNA… For some reason a lot of people have a hard time TELLING you if they’re a lion or a lamb but won’t hesitate to point to an image that they relate to. People just connect with visuals on a much more basic level than we do with words or vague ideas. That’s why this type of tool is so effective… It takes nuances of language out of the equation and forces people to respond with their gut.
