Think about it… It’s just common sense. The same strategy + the same execution = the same results. Every time, guaranteed.

So if you’ve been doing the same direct mail campaign for two years and interest has leveled off or started to wane, try something different. Refresh your message, offer and graphics and see how it goes. At the very least you’re giving yourself the opportunity for renewed success using a marketing tool that’s started to get a little stale in your business.

If you have a web site that you don’t like people to visit because it doesn’t look professional, have it redesigned. Then, celebrate by sending all of your customers, partners, vendors, friends and family an email to announce your slick new site.

Never get compliments on your business cards? Get a card that makes a real impact.

It’s very easy for all of us to get caught up in the inertia of our business. We look at change as a costly, painful hassle… But very few of us consider the cost of staying the same. Change is a prerequisite for progress.
